INSTRUCTIONS:

Use Oral-B Breath Therapy Special Care Oral Rinse twice a day after brushing your teeth. Measure 20 mL of the rinse and swish it around your mouth for 30 seconds, then spit it out. Do not swallow the rinse. For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after using the rinse.
